Responsible outreach
Use Zintara only for lawful, relevant business outreach. You must establish a lawful basis and obtain consent wherever required for your audience and jurisdiction. A publicly visible address, purchased list, or technically valid address is not by itself permission to email. Comply with mailbox-provider requirements as well as applicable law.
Prohibited activity
Do not send unlawful unsolicited messages, phishing, malware, scams, threats, harassment, deceptive offers, or illegal content. Do not impersonate another sender, forge routing information, use misleading subject lines, or access a mailbox without authorization.
Do not use unlawfully obtained, stolen, or indiscriminately harvested contact data. Do not upload sensitive personal information that the service is not designed to handle. Do not re-import suppressed recipients, ignore objections, conceal unsubscribe options, evade provider limits, rotate accounts to evade enforcement, or interfere with service security.
Sender identification and opt-outs
Identify the responsible sender accurately. Include required commercial-message disclosures, a valid sender postal address where required, and a clear, usable way to stop further marketing. Honor opt-outs promptly within the time required by applicable law, including the US CAN-SPAM limit of 10 business days.
Do not charge for opting out or require unnecessary personal information. Unsubscribe headers and suppression tools support your process; they do not replace a visible opt-out mechanism or your obligation to handle requests received through replies and other channels.
We may block accounts for spam
Zintara may restrict sending, pause campaigns, suspend or block accounts or workspaces, or terminate service for actual or reasonably suspected spam, abuse, unlawful activity, provider-policy violations, or evasion of restrictions. Immediate action without prior notice may be taken to prevent harm or investigate credible reports.
We may request evidence of contact-data sources, consent where required, sender identity, and remediation. We consider available evidence, including recipient complaints, bounce patterns, provider reports, and account activity. This policy does not promise automated detection of every violation or a fixed complaint threshold.
Report abuse or appeal a restriction
Use the Contact page and identify your message as an abuse report or account restriction appeal. Include the sender address, date, relevant message headers or message identifier, and a description of the issue. Do not submit passwords, tokens, or unrelated private conversations.
If you believe an action was mistaken, include your account email, explanation, and supporting evidence. We may maintain restrictions while investigating. Reinstatement depends on the findings, remediation, and applicable legal or provider requirements.
