Billing, Cancellation & Refunds

Before you purchase

Review the plan, price, currency, billing interval, taxes, limits, and renewal conditions shown at checkout or in your order. The applicable payment provider or merchant of record is identified during purchase. Do not rely on an informal promise of a discount or trial that is not included in your confirmed offer.

Renewals and cancellation

Where your purchase specifies a recurring subscription, billing continues on the disclosed interval until canceled in accordance with that purchase. Use Settings → Billing and the available provider portal or contact us for assistance. Check the cancellation confirmation and effective date.

Stopping campaigns, disconnecting a mailbox, or simply ceasing to log in does not cancel a subscription. Cancellation, refunds, and workspace deletion are separate actions. Deletion may be restricted while a subscription remains active.

Refunds and billing disputes

The discretionary refund policy is awaiting confirmation and is not established by this draft. No blanket no-refund rule, refund window, or satisfaction guarantee is promised here. Mandatory statutory rights and any agreed purchase terms remain applicable.

Use Contact for duplicate charges, suspected billing errors, cancellation assistance, or a refund request. Include your account email and invoice or order reference, but never a full card number or security code.

Suspension and billing

Spam or abuse may result in restricted sending, blocked accounts, or termination under the Terms and Acceptable Use Policy. Such action is not itself a promise of a refund or automatic forfeiture of all fees. Financial consequences remain subject to applicable law and the agreed purchase terms.

Changes to prices and plans

Any material price or subscription changes must be disclosed in accordance with your purchase terms and applicable law. A change to this page alone does not retroactively authorize an undisclosed charge.
