Zintara is a cold-email outreach platform: campaign sequencing, mailbox warmup, AI-assisted research and writing, and reply management. You get a non-exclusive right to use it for your own business while your account is in good standing.
You agree not to use Zintara to send unlawful spam, phishing, malware, or deceptive content, and to comply with the anti-spam laws that apply to your recipients (e.g. CAN-SPAM, GDPR, PECR). We may suspend accounts that endanger deliverability for other customers or violate these rules.
You own your workspace data and your lead lists. We process them only to provide the service, as described in the Privacy Policy.
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for lost profits or indirect damages; our total liability is capped at the fees you paid in the previous 12 months.
