Production inventory awaiting confirmation
A verified production subprocessor register has not yet been supplied. This page is an inventory status notice, not a complete approved vendor list. Providers supported in the code are not necessarily enabled in production. Contact us for the current deployment-specific list before making a data-transfer or procurement decision.
Provider categories to verify
The register must cover hosting and compute, databases and backups, attachment or object storage, AI research and writing, transactional email delivery, and any monitoring or support service with access to customer personal data.
Payment providers and customer-selected mailbox providers may act independently for some activities rather than as Zintara subprocessors. Their roles and notices must be assessed for the actual arrangement.
Required disclosure details
For each active provider, confirm its legal name, service and processing purpose, data categories, processing countries, contractual role, relevant safeguards, and supporting agreement. The final DPA must establish authorization and a change-notification and objection process.
No blanket approval of unidentified providers, certification claim, or claim that all data remains in one country is made by this page.
