Zintara stores the account details you give us (name, email, password hash), the workspace data you create (campaigns, templates, workflows), and the lead data you import. Connected mailbox credentials are encrypted at rest and used only to send and sync email on your behalf.
Your data is used to operate the product: sending campaigns, syncing replies, generating AI research and drafts, and showing analytics. We do not sell your data or your leads' data to anyone.
When you use AI features, the relevant lead fields and public website content are sent to our AI provider to generate research and email drafts. Prompts are not used to train third-party models.
You can export or delete your workspace data at any time from Settings. Where you import personal data about leads, you act as the data controller and are responsible for having a lawful basis to contact them. We process that data only on your instructions.
Zintara adds List-Unsubscribe headers to campaign email and honors opt-outs via the blocklist. You remain responsible for the content of your messages and for complying with the anti-spam laws that apply to your recipients.
