Define the decision

Several campaigns may select the same mailbox, and existing follow-ups compete with new first steps. Zintara also applies campaign and workspace controls in addition to mailbox capacity. A configured maximum should not be treated as a recommended sending volume or proof that the provider will accept every message.

Read the result

The sheet reveals a capacity conflict before it appears as a surprising backlog. Another gate can reduce actual sending further, and uncertain attempts may continue to reserve capacity. Do not solve unexplained provider or reputation problems by simply increasing the limit.

Check before moving on

1. Include all campaigns sharing the mailbox.
2. Verify the applicable day boundary.
3. Keep current provider restrictions and configured ramp behavior in view.
