Cold email sending window planner

Create a weekly local-time sending worksheet with an IANA timezone and explicit weekdays.

Prepare your inputs

Enter one same-day window and the weekdays on which it applies. Monday is 1 and Sunday is 7. The plan keeps wall-clock time and timezone visible so a reviewer can compare it with the campaign configuration.

Runs in this browser. Inputs are not sent by this tool or saved in browser storage. Start with the fictional example; use redacted text for reviews.

How it works

The worksheet lists each selected weekday and computes nominal open minutes. It validates the timezone name but does not translate dates to UTC or configure a campaign.

Worked example

09:00–12:00 on Monday through Friday produces five three-hour windows, or 900 nominal minutes. That is availability on a calendar, not 900 minutes of reserved mailbox capacity.

Limits and interpretation

Overnight windows must be split into separate plans. Daylight-saving changes can alter elapsed duration. Delays, mailbox eligibility and remaining budgets still determine whether a due step sends.
