Cold email sequence timeline visualizer

Turn relative day delays into a readable nominal sequence calendar.

Prepare your inputs

Choose a start date and enter comma-separated whole-day delays. The first delay is measured from the start; every later delay is measured from the previous step. This makes cumulative timing visible.

Runs in this browser. Inputs are not sent by this tool or saved in browser storage. Start with the fictional example; use redacted text for reviews.

How it works

The utility adds calendar days without converting to elapsed-hour timestamps. It returns the date and cumulative day for each step, making accidental long gaps or same-day steps easy to review.

Worked example

For a September 16 start and delays 0,3,5, the nominal dates are September 16, September 19 and September 24. The last step is eight days after the start, not five.

Limits and interpretation

This is not the campaign scheduler. Weekends, allowed windows, DST, mailbox capacity and recipient responses can move or stop actual sends.
